The contract is for a 12-month personal branding photography subscription service, with the terms and conditions as follows:

1 PAYMENT

You agree to set up and honor the direct debit agreement for the 12 month period. You commit to the entire 12 month period when entering into this contract.

2 SERVICES

Your 12 month subscription entitles you to a fixed number of photoshoots within the year, each for a specified duration and an agreed number of images. Additional time or extra images will be invoiced separately if required.

On the day of the photoshoot, you subscription includes the time and talent of the photographer, basic retouching and creative editing of images (as determined by the photographer) that will be delivered via digital download links, available as high resolution sized files.

Your photoshoot has an allocated duration that will be strictly adhered to. It’s advised that you have everything set up and ready to go to aid maximum efficiency on the day and that the models you might be working with understand the timetable.

3 RESCHEDULING

You may reschedule any of your arranged photoshooots with at least 7 days prior to your session without penalty. Less than 7 days notice may result in reduced session tie and reduced images if alternative dates and times are limited within the time frame, although every effort will be made to accommodate you. Failure to give at least 24 hours notice may result in the photoshoot being fore fitted as other clients will have been turned away for your reserved date.

The photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control

4 SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

I am confident in the quality of my work and the service I provide, so as long as you commit to the planning process, I guarantee that you will be happy with your images. I back up this guarantee by offering a complimentary re-shoot to replace any images that you reject. Whilst this has never been necessary, I make this commitment to ensure your peace of mind.

With that said, re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the photographer and will not be arranged for being dissatisfied with your images due to poor quality products, choice of venue, location, clothing, props, hair and make-up, weather related issues, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer. The guarantees there to promise that you will receive the images that we have agreed to create (during our consultation) at a quality that matches the work I advertise.

5 MARKETING CONSENT

The photographer reserves the right to use images from these sessions on her businesses social media and website.

6 LIABILITY

The photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. The client will be responsible for themselves and their children and releases the photographer from any claims against their person or their business.

7 COPYRIGHT & OWNERSHIP

The photographer retains all copyrights to all images created during the client’s session. Digital files are supplied with Usage Rights, which allow you to use these images to promote your own business.

They may not be shared with other businesses to promote their services (such as a venue we use for one of the sessions, or someone who apprears in your branding images as an extra without the photographer’s prior written consent.

8 TIMELINE OF THE SUBSCRIPTION

The date you sign up will be your direct debit date each month, allowing you to choose a payment date that suits you.

Quartz Subscription – $270 initial month and then $73.64 each month, for 11 months

• Access to a Private Facebook Group Exclusively For Members To Discuss Business, Build Friendships, and Support Each Other

Your digital files will be sent to you within 2 weeks of each photoshoot as long as you are up to date with your payments
